Just use email to send big files. Split them, zip them. And use email that supports big attachments.
Remember, your mailbox limits the amount of data you can receive. If you leave messages on your email server, your mailbox can fill-up and prevent you from receiving new email. Choose the option in your email client to save your files locally; download from the server.
