Pando
A free file sharing application for downloading, streaming and sharing large media files. Must install the software on your computer. From the Pando site:

SendThisFile
A file transfer service for sending and receiving large files. The Pro version uses a SAS70 server to host and share your files. It is not clear if the free service is on a SAS70 server. Email is sent to your recipient who can download the file from the link in the email. All transfers include encryption and security for end-to-end 128-bit encrypted file transfers. Monthly transfers are unlimited for the free plan. However, transfers are bandwidth throttled depending on server load and file size. From the developers site:

MailBigFile
Email is sent to your recipient, your recipient can then download the file. Web based, no software to install.
